No. DoUsParent is for unmarried parents who can agree on a parenting plan. The goal is to put that agreement in writing, have it reviewed, and file it with the court. You do not have to turn the process into a contested court battle. A hearing is needed only if the court objects to something or requires one. If the parents cannot agree, this is not the right process, and a different court path would be needed.
